Building Management System  

Problem:  Manufacturer needed IQ/OQ documentation for their air balancing, pressure, temperature and flows in production areas. These were all necessary for the success of the production line in terms of maintaining separation between pre and post viral areas and keeping the facility penicillin free.

Services Provided:  Team Validation performed pressure tests and changed room pressure, where appropriate. There was documentation of the use of HEPA filters, mechanical actuators, steam regulation, pump regulation, flow regulation, and temperature regulation. DSI was also charge with verification of the documentation provided and verification of data acquisition. 

Result:  The project was on time, on budget and we helped to create a better tuned production area.  In addition we were also able to adjust the humidity in this previously dry facility through proper steam generator use.
