Deadline Solution's Team Automation role in Delivery this project:
- Supervise the redesign on all IO Cabinets to support the move away from ABB TRIO blocks to Emerson Delta V Rack IO.
- Provide analysis for both general purpose and intrinsically safe instrumentation requirements as they relate to the new Delta V Rack IO.
- Supervise the Installation of all new Cabinets.
- Work with process group to develop key and critical User Requirement Specifications for both process and building utilities systems.
- Work with the Emerson Life Sciences group in developing graphics and unit process interaction.
- Provide support for BMS during the CFAT portion of the project for all software control modules and graphics.
- Tune Delta V Control Modules.
- Provide programming and design services to facilitate the integration of equipment during SAT.
- Execute Installation and Operational Commissioning documents.
- Execute Installation and Operational Qualification protocols.
- Design and Develop Graphics and control modules to support process changes during software life cycle testing/implementation.
- Provide IT Technical support to the Delta V control network within the BMS Automation LAN system.
- Integrate third party systems into the Delta V control System via MODBUS for GE9070 PLCs and the DF/1 protocol for interfacing an AB SLC 5/05 processor.
- Provided Continuous, Batch, and Graphics systems design and program implementation for all process change requests submitted by plant personnel.
